A Serious Problem

have a Problem in installing some programs like direct X as i get a message says : the sofware u r about to install has not passed the windows logo testing to varefiy its compitablity with windows xp and the installation stops so what shall i do :S

فعلا انا ملاحظ ان السيم بتاع الاكس بى متغيره الى كلاسيك
ولو مكنتش انت اللى مغيرها يبقى اكيد النسخه بتودع.. فغيرها انت احسن

Hey man>> am seeing that this isnt the original theme of xp it has been changed to classic and if it wasnt by u.... then the xp is saying good bye
u may have 2 reinstall it

السلام عليكم
تأكد أولاً يا أخي أنك داخل الجهاز بحساب Administrator وقم بعمل Rename للمجلد catroot 2 في المسار
Windows\System32\Catroot2
بأي إسم آخر , وقم بعمل restart وحاول تنزيل البرنامج مرة أخرى
إذا لم تفلح هذه الطريقة أخبرني وسأرسل لك حل آخر ولكن لا تقم بعمل unistall للويندوز لأن مشكلتك بإذن الله سيتم حلها بدون إعادة تنصيب النظام
