it is a command to remotly control ( modem,switch,mail server what ever)
when u type the command line as follow
telnet 213.131.66.246 (asume this ip for remote router)
it will ask u about user name and password
then log u on the system to control it

ده بروتوكول اتصال بيمكنك من الاتصال باجهزة و انظمة على النت و له اوامره و و بيستخدم البورت 23 كبورت افتراضى طبعا ممكن تستخدم غيره لو أمكن و الله المستعان
